At Birch & Leash, we are committed to providing exceptional pet care services.

Services

Because our offerings are scheduled pet care services rather than physical products, completed services are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

If We Cancel

If Birch & Leash must cancel a scheduled service, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
