Refund policy

Birch & Leash is committed to providing reliable, high-quality pet care services.

  • Services: Because our services are scheduled and time-based, completed services are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full service fee.
  • No-Shows: If the client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time and we are unable to provide the service, the appointment will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Provider Cancellations: If Birch & Leash must cancel a service, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Payment Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the service date so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Pet Taxi Services: If transportation cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of Birch & Leash’s control (such as the pet not being available or unsafe conditions), cancellation fees may apply.
