By using Birch & Leash’s website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including medical conditions, behavioral concerns, and emergency contacts.
• Pets must be current on required vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Birch & Leash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet poses a safety risk or if conditions are unsafe.
• While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being, Birch & Leash is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Clients authorize Birch & Leash to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary. The owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred.
• By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
